Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions designed for 24/7 availability.
- Execute code deployments and database migrations during low-traffic night windows.
- Monitor system logs and troubleshoot critical alerts to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with the night shift support team to resolve complex technical issues.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security compliance during off-hours.
- Document technical processes and create runbooks for night-stand operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Previous experience working a night shift or rotating schedule is highly preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
