Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications and APIs using modern programming languages (Java, Python, or C#).
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues that arise during the critical night shift support window.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and QA engineers to define feature requirements and test cases.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Maintain and improve existing legacy codebases to enhance system stability and scalability.
- Automate deployment processes and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline the release cycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent years of experience).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience working effectively in night shift schedules.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript).
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
