Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems in Java/Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 24/7 deployment environments
- Collaborate with global teams across time zones during night hours
- Implement cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP with Kubernetes
- Drive code reviews and architectural improvements
- Resolve production issues with rapid response protocols
- Mentor junior engineers through our rotational shadowing program
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization

- Experience with 24/7 production environments and incident response
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
