Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Go and AWS
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and Redis clusters
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Terraform and GitHub Actions
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Ensure system scalability through load testing and monitoring
- Document architecture decisions and API specifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in RESTful API design and event-driven architectures
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (Jest/Pytest) and TDD practices
- Experience with payment processing systems (Stripe/PayPal)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects in agile environments
