As a Data Analyst, you will support our senior analysts in gathering, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large data sets. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients make informed decisions through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards using visualization tools to present complex data in an understandable format.
- Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies that drive business strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes.
- Support: Assist in the maintenance of databases and support the implementation of new data systems.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. We value potential and teachability.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts) is essential. Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically about numbers and patterns.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Soft Skills: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
