Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that influence business decisions.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate complex findings to stakeholders.
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data and optimize database performance for reporting needs.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on project progress and business health.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business language.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and propose solutions.
