Your Role:
You will take ownership of key architectural components of our platform. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your code directly impacts user experience and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and influence engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in backend languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
