Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and support executive reporting.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical techniques and modeling to forecast trends and support decision-making processes.
- Database Management: Write optimized SQL queries and scripts to retrieve data and ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and translate business questions into technical queries.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports and presentations that communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences clearly.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to diverse teams.
