Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders across New York and Ohio offices
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in weekend reporting cycles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support weekend operational decisions
- Develop automated reporting pipelines for weekend data workflows
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise documentation
- Monitor KPIs and weekend performance metrics against business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Strong attention to detail with ability to work independently during weekend shifts
