Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-scale, distributed software applications using modern web technologies.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of core features, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers, conducting code reviews and leading technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis to improve system stability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js or Python and experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
