Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development using Java/Spring Boot and React
- Design microservices architecture on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL/NoSQL)
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend/frontend development
- Expertise in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Proven cloud architecture experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong grasp of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Agile/Scrum methodology proficiency
