Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.99% system reliability
- Lead security audits and implement zero-trust architecture principles
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent company at tech conferences
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with distributed systems and cloud-native development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with demonstrated proficiency in concurrency patterns
- Strong background in AWS/Azure with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code
- Proven track record of shipping production systems handling 10M+ daily transactions
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system design interview experience
- Portfolio showcasing complex projects with GitHub contributions preferred
