Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java, Go, and Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for cloud-native deployments
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Drive Kubernetes operator development and automation solutions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent Red Hat at industry conferences
- Implement security best practices for enterprise-grade applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of software development experience with cloud-native technologies
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Strong proficiency in at least two programming languages (Java, Python, Go)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Proven track record of delivering complex production systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset
