Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance microservices using Go and Python on AWS infrastructure
- Lead design sessions for distributed systems with 99.99% SLA requirements
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Optimize database queries and caching strategies for petabyte-scale data pipelines
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent-pending AI/ML frameworks
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes and Terraform for automated deployments
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development with strong CS fundamentals
- Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, or Go)
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, algorithms, and data structures
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI)
- Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through complex system design challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
