Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify trends and opportunities
- Create automated reporting dashboards for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and KPIs
- Develop predictive models to forecast market behavior and customer needs
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control protocols
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Optimize weekend shift workflows for maximum productivity and team synergy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data analysis with SQL and Python proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong statistical analysis and machine learning fundamentals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6am-2pm)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred
- Must be relocatable to Wichita, KS with willingness to accept weekend schedule
