Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Python, Java, or Go
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across distributed teams
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance and resolve production bottlenecks
- Collaborate with product teams to deliver user-centric features
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Python/Java/Go)
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and Kubernetes
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design projects
- Experience with daily payment processing systems preferred
