Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go/Java for high-throughput payment processing systems
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS Lambda
- Mentor 3-4 engineers through pair programming and technical design reviews
- Conduct security audits and implement PCI-DSS compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize database performance using PostgreSQL and Redis caching strategies
- Present quarterly technical roadmaps to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in cloud-native development (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Proven track record building production-grade APIs with Go or Java
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Experience with payment processing or fintech compliance standards
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (JUnit, PyTest) and TDD methodologies
