Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) to identify business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate campaign effectiveness and product performance.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to maintain transparency and knowledge sharing within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and strong coding skills in Python or R.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
