Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy, availability, and integrity across the organization.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or PowerBI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track trends, and provide real-time business intelligence.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover hidden patterns, correlations, and anomalies within large and complex datasets.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to translate business requirements into actionable technical data solutions.
- Present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders through written reports, executive presentations, and ad-hoc data queries.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and data automation to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual reporting burdens.
- Ensure data governance compliance and maintain documentation of data sources and transformation logic.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the technology or financial sector.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and analyzing relational databases.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for advanced data manipulation, cleaning, and modeling.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
