Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive actionable business recommendations.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership, translating complex data findings into clear, concise insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with Python or R for data manipulation is highly preferred.
- Visualization Tools: Strong command of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
