Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using AWS and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and deliverables
- Optimize application performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to open-source projects and present technical findings at team demos
- Drive security best practices and conduct vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, or Go)
- Expertise with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and GraphQL
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Proven ability to lead complex projects from conception to deployment
