Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance microservices using Python/Java
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for cloud-native deployments
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Architect secure, scalable solutions handling 10M+ daily transactions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to drive product iteration
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development
- Expertise in AWS/GCP infrastructure and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proficiency with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Strong background in data modeling and SQL/NoSQL databases
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
