Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of cloud-native applications using microservices architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical roadmaps
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize system performance using AWS/GCP
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and technical debt management
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent InnovateTech at tech conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in object-oriented programming (Java/Python/C#)
- Expertise in modern frameworks (React, Spring Boot, .NET Core)
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
