Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance microservices using Go and Python
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS with Terraform infrastructure-as-code
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR)
- Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents and implement preventive measures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go and Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) with container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade applications at scale
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
