Responsibilities
- Design and implement distributed systems with AWS/GCP services
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for Kubernetes-based deployments
- Conduct system architecture reviews for new product features
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Automate infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Ansible
- Participate in agile ceremonies and drive technical debt resolution
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python/Go)
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong understanding of microservices and event-driven patterns
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and system design abilities
