Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization of production systems
- Drive technical innovation by researching and implementing emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Java development with Spring Boot framework
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies
- Strong background in RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrable expertise in SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and caching strategies
