Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot and Node.js
- Architect cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Optimize system performance using load testing, caching strategies, and database tuning
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for production issues
- Drive adoption of DevOps practices including monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana) and automation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java and JavaScript frameworks
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) with certification preferred
- Strong background in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven ability to design high-throughput systems with experience in messaging queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Familiarity with financial systems or fintech regulations (PCI-DSS, SOX)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
