Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of microservices using Java/Spring Boot and React
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS/GCP with CI/CD pipelines
- Optimize system performance and conduct rigorous code reviews
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Drive DevOps initiatives including infrastructure as code (Terraform)
- Participate in on-call rotation for production systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Expertise in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architecture
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
- Experience with fintech or high-transaction systems preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and system design capabilities
