Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-availability microservices using AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Optimize system performance and scalability for 10M+ daily transactions
- Collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements and implement DevOps best practices
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent InnovateTech at tech conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in Java, Python, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record building RESTful APIs and distributed systems
- Strong background in testing frameworks (JUnit, PyTest, Cypress)
- Experience with event-driven programming and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in agile environments
