The Role
We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain high-performance web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features that delight our customers and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on best practices and performance.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure system reliability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure as code (IaC) implementation.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Node.js.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
