Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices and backend systems using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and cloud infrastructure to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices to accelerate deployment cycles.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or Go and experience with React.js or similar front-end frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and system design principles.
