Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- System Architecture: Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the technical roadmap, ensuring scalability and reliability of our systems.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to foster team growth and knowledge sharing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software robustness.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java. Experience with React or Node.js is a strong plus.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and familiarity with NoSQL solutions.
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Tools: Proficiency in version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
