Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern languages (Python, Java, or Go).
- Lead code reviews, design sessions, and technical architecture discussions to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Optimize database performance, API response times, and overall system reliability.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical growth.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and monitoring.
- Identify and mitigate technical debt to ensure long-term system maintainability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time role.
- Strong proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Expertise in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
