Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices for clean, efficient code
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3)
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Drive innovation through prototyping and POCs for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Java/Spring ecosystem and RESTful APIs
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven patterns
- Proven track record of leading full-lifecycle development from conception to deployment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with focus on scalability and performance
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
