Responsibilities
- Architect and engineer scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate actively in code reviews, architecture planning, and technical mentoring for junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring system scalability, reliability, and security.
- Drive the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from initial planning and design through rigorous testing and deployment.
- Contribute to the evolution of our DevOps pipeline and CI/CD processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in a full-time capacity within a tech-focused environment.
- Strong proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript (Node.js), or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and caching solutions (Redis, Memcached).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
