The Role
In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-scale software solutions that drive business growth. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver products that our customers love.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance software architectures and microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance in production environments.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
