Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes for high-availability systems
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS DevOps tools and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Drive database performance tuning and scalability improvements
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation initiatives
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance standards (SOC2, ISO 27001)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Strong background in testing frameworks and TDD/BDD methodologies
- Experience leading technical projects from conception to deployment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to scalability and reliability
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
