Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure production-quality releases
- Stay current with emerging technologies through quarterly tech talks and certifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Java/Spring development with cloud deployment
- Expertise in RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Strong AWS/Azure certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proven track record mentoring junior developers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
