Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Python on AWS infrastructure
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct performance tuning and scalability improvements for high-traffic systems
- Implement security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Contribute to technical documentation and API design standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go or Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proficiency with RESTful API design and GraphQL
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills through GitHub portfolio or technical blog
