Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern programming languages (Python, Java, or Go).
- Lead architecture decisions and ensure code quality through rigorous testing and peer code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements.
- Optimize database queries and system architecture for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on backend systems.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript).
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including query optimization.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
