Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes serving 10M+ daily active users
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization reducing deployment time by 40%
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architecture reviews
- Optimize database queries achieving sub-50ms latency at 99th percentile
- Contribute to open-source projects with 200+ GitHub stars
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs

Qualifications
- 5+ years of production experience with distributed systems
- Expertise in Go/Python and cloud-native architecture patterns
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS/GCP services
- Strong understanding of SRE principles and observability tools
