- Document best practices for prompt engineering workflows
- Research emerging AI capabilities to enhance prompt efficacy
- Train internal stakeholders on prompt optimization techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering or related AI role
- Expertise with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and API integration
- Strong background in NLP and machine learning fundamentals
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt optimization case studies
- Proficiency in Python and prompt frameworks like LangChain
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear instructions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
