Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement complex quantum circuit architectures tailored for the 2026 hardware roadmap, ensuring high-fidelity state preservation.
- Algorithm Optimization: Develop and refine quantum algorithms to solve real-world problems, focusing on error correction and decoherence mitigation.
- Interdisciplinary Leadership: Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to optimize qubit stability and with software teams to integrate quantum modules into classical workflows.
- Roadmap Strategy: Contribute to the technical strategy defining the transition from NISQ (Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum) devices to fault-tolerant systems by 2026.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior quantum engineers and conduct research seminars on emerging quantum computing paradigms.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in quantum computing, preferably with major frameworks like Qiskit, Cirq, or Amazon Braket.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and assembly languages for quantum hardware.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics principles.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex optimization problems in high-constraint environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
