Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Document defects using JIRA with detailed steps and expected vs actual results
- Automate test scripts using Selenium and Cypress for critical user workflows
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to prioritize bug fixes
- Validate requirements documents for testability and completeness
- Maintain test environments and data integrity for accurate testing
- Generate quality metrics reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA experience in software testing
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA workflow
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience testing web, mobile, and API applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
