Responsibilities
- Architect Prompts: Design, test, and refine complex prompts for various LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to maximize output accuracy and creativity.
- Model Evaluation: Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure the performance of AI responses against specific business KPIs.
- Iterative Optimization: Continuously analyze model outputs to identify failure points and iterate on prompt structures for improvement.
- Knowledge Management: Create and maintain a library of high-quality prompts and examples to onboard new team members and standardize AI interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into our products.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, prompt engineering techniques, and AI ethics.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in prompt engineering, computational linguistics, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and how Large Language Models function.
- Writing Skills: Exceptional command of the English language, with the ability to write precise, unambiguous instructions.
- Tools: Familiarity with Python, API integrations, and tools like OpenAI API, LangChain, or Hugging Face.
- Remote Work: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote-friendly or hybrid work environment with excellent communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
