Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans for web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other QA tools
- Automate regression tests using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues
- Perform exploratory testing and validate user requirements
- Analyze test metrics to drive continuous improvement processes
- Maintain and update test documentation for compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in SaaS environments
- Proficiency in manual testing and automation tools (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices
- Experience with SQL for database validation and API testing (Postman)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST) preferred
