Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for cybersecurity applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and TestRail systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate product requirements
- Conduct regression testing on cloud-based SaaS platforms
- Develop performance test scripts using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Analyze test data to improve quality metrics and release processes
- Mentor junior QA engineers on testing methodologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS or cybersecurity products
- Expertise in automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Postman)
- Strong SQL skills for database testing and validation
- ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in test case management and defect tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
