Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and TestRail
- Perform regression testing, smoke testing, and end-to-end validation
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve critical issues
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test data strategies
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Maintain test documentation and QA metrics
- Validate UI/UX consistency across devices and browsers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience in SaaS or fintech
- Proficiency in manual testing tools (Selenium, Postman)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of test case design techniques
- Experience with bug tracking systems and test management
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
