Responsibilities
- Design and optimize prompts for large language models to maximize output quality and accuracy
- Develop prompt frameworks for diverse use cases including customer service, content creation, and data analysis
- Test and iterate on prompts using A/B methodologies to refine performance
- Collaborate with product teams to align prompt engineering with business objectives
- Document prompt strategies and create reusable prompt libraries
- Stay current with advancements in generative AI and prompt engineering techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI field
- Proven track record of optimizing AI model outputs through prompt design
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot and debug prompt responses
- Familiarity with transformer models (GPT, BERT, etc.) and their limitations
- Excellent written communication with attention to linguistic nuance
- Self-motivated with ability to manage flexible work schedules effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
