- Collaborate with developers using Agile methodologies to resolve defects
- Design comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and usability testing
- Analyze test results to identify trends and suggest process improvements
- Validate fixes in staging environments before production deployment
- Maintain test documentation and QA metrics dashboards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Knowledge of SQL for database validation testing
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
